The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration through a partnership with the 91老司机 at Little Rock and the 91老司机 College of Business and Industry. All ASBTDC programs are extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis.
